5:00 PM - 5:45 PM	Turf Tikes Soccer 2026 - Turf Tikes Soccer (Session 2) 'Turf Tikes Soccer' is geared toward our youngest soccer players - Preschool and Kindergarten age.  We will teach the game of soccer in a fun, engaging and silly way.  Participants will run, kick, pass and score their way to soccer stardom. Skills will be learned through playful activities that will encourage interaction between players, parents and peers. Come join us for a BUNCH of fun.  Parents are asked to be present during practice for activity participation as well as behavior help. Cost of the program includes a size 3 soccer ball to take home!

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM	Pickleball 2026 - Pickleball Drop in Pickleball will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00-12:00.  $3 - Pay at the Door$40 season pass available for unlimited play All player levels are welcome! If you have never played before but would like to learn, stop in!  2 lined courts inside the Arena
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM	FUNdamentals of Field Hockey - FUNdamentals of Field Hockey Highgate Recreation is excited to have Coach Caitlin Dawicki host FUNdamentals of Field Hockey on the turf at the Highgate Sports Arena. This clinic will be 4 - one hour sessions and will focus on introducing players to the game of Field Hockey.Players will be taught basic rules, how to hold and use your stick, basic elements of the game like passing, dribbling and shooting. They will have the chance to put their new skills to work with mini-games. This is a great opportunity for kids who are interested who have never played before and for players who have experience to fine tune their skills.

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM	Sandlot Baseball & Softball - Minors Sandlot The Highgate Sandlot team is for players that are not playing NWLL All Stars but would like to continue to play baseball & softball a few more weeks. This is a loosely organized team that meets Tuesday nights to play a scrimmage in a no pressure environment where the main focus is to have some fun! This year, we are going to combine baseball and softball together into 1 game. If we have enough players we will split into separate groups. Minor – farm players moving up next year and current Minor players.     Major – minor players moving up next year and current major players.Players from surrounding towns are welcome to join!!We are looking for 1-2 adults interested in helping with this program. No formal coaching is necessary. The adults are there to help keep the games running smoothly.
