Pre K (3-4 yrs old)
At this level we will focus on introducing the fundamentals of the game through fun games and activities.
There will be two 45 minute practice sessions per week.
Kindergarten (5-6 yrs old)
At this level we will continue to focus on introducing the fundamentals of the game through fun games and activities.
Players will start to learn the basics of game play.
There will be two 45 minute practice sessions per week.
Grade 1 & 2
At this level we will introduce the fundamentals and skill development while keeping it fun and friendly. Players will be introduced to rules of game play and positions.
There will be two 1 hour practice sessions per week with plans to have scrimmages or games.
Grade 3 & 4
At this level we will continue to focus on fundamentals and development of passion for the game.
The aspect of positions, ball control and teamwork will be introduced.
There will be two 1 hour practice sessions per week with plans to have scrimmages or games.
