Grades K - 4
At this level we will focus on introducing the fundamentals of running using fun games and activities. We will introduce running short distances and work to add more distance as the season progresses.
There will be two 1 hour practice per week. With plans to attend a couple Cross Country meets.

At this level we will continue on focusing on running fundamentals along with adding distance to the runs.

Registration includes a team shirt.
Coaches for both levels are needed!!
Practice schedule is subject to change if different times work better for volunteer coaches.
